09:00 – 15:00: Guided excursion to the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp / INCLUDED

auschwitzOur guide will take you on a historical and reminiscent tour inside the Auschwitz concentration camp. Auschwitz-Birkenau is known throughout the world about the atrocities of the Nazi period, place of extermination of World War II. The excursion begins with a documentary on the liberation of the field in January of 1945, to continue then with the exploration of the blocks of imprisonment, the gas rooms and the crematory ovens. After a quick break the tour continues to Brzezinka where you can still see the hut prisons, the principal front door with the tower of the watch and the famous railway port with the platform where the officers and physicians of the SSs selected the Hebrews.

The passes among the most distant places are by private car to give you maximum comfort and pleasure of discovering Krakow. Time: 10:00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

In the century XVII the father Augustyn Kordecki with his knights defended the order of Mary and her treasure from the attack of the Swedes giving the signal to defend the whole country. You will also have the possibility to see the Museum of the Solidarity, the Treasure of the Paolinis and the holy chapel of Maria.Time: 08.30 to 15.00.

Wieliczka Salt-Mine – OPTIONAL

Wieliczka Salt-MineThe Historic Salt Mine, in the list of World Cultural and Natural World, is one of the oldest mines in the world and the most visited tourist attraction in Krakow. After seven centuries of exploration of salt mine, the mine has been transformed into an underground city, mysterious and unique. The tourist route of 2 kilometers offers the opportunity to admire the rooms with traces of the work of exploration and collection of machinery and mining equipment, chapels with beautiful sculptures. Time: 15.30 – 19.30
